Peoria realtor receives coveted REMAX Diamond Club Award and #1 Team status
Only one agent in the entire St. Louis Re/Max region received this special award, it was Peoria real estate agent, Marilyn Kohn!
Marilyn Kohn of Re/Max Unlimited, Peoria Illinois was honored at the annual Re/Max Regional awards banquet in St. Louis, Mo. on Feb. 15, 2007. She received the Diamond Club award which is the highest award Re/Max International uses to honor it’s top achieving agents. The award was presented to Marilyn by Regional Director, Terri Bohannan. Marilyn is also, recognized as the only agent in the region to have achieved the prestigious Circle of Legends Award of which there are fewer than 100 recepients within Re/Max International system which has agents totaling over 115,000 worldwide. Marilyn was also recognized has having the #1 Team in the region as well as the #3 Team in closed transactions for the year.
The Re/Max of St. Louis region covers Eastsern Misouri, the Greater St. Louis area and the entire Central and Southern Illinois areas. There are over 1,000 agents in the region. Marilyn hails from Central Illinois area which covers Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford counties. Prime market areas are Peoria, Dunlap, Germantown Hills/Metamora, Washington, East Peoria, Morton, Tremont/Groveland, Pekin, Bartonville, Chillicothe, Edwards, Brimfield.
