Only two REMAX agents in the St. Louis region received this special award and Peoria real estate agent Marilyn Kohn got one of them!

Marilyn Kohn of RE/MAX Unlimited, Peoria Illinois was honored at the annual REMAX Regional awards banquet in Springfield, IL. on February 14, 2007. She received the Diamond Club award which is the newest award created by RE/MAX International to honor it’s top achieving agents. The award was presented to Marilyn by Tess Hill, Vice President of RE/MAXInternational.  Marilyn was also recognized as the only agent in the region to have received the Circle of Legends Award. Currently there are only 55 agents with REMAX out of 115,000 agents worldwide who have received this honor. She was also recognized as having the #3 team in the region. This was Marilyn’s first year competing in the team real estate category.

The RE/MAX of St. Louis region covers Eastern Missouri, the Greater St. Louis region and the entire Southern and Central Illinois areas. Marilyn Kohn hails from Central Illinois area which covers Woodford, Tazwell and Peoria County. More specifically Marilyn’s MLS real estate communities are Washington, Metamora, Dunlap, Chillicothe, Morton, Germantown Hills, East Peoria and Peoria, IL.
